Shipping policy

At Dragons N Doodads, all of our products are made to order, printed, and assembled in-house before shipping. Because of this, processing times may vary depending on order volume and the complexity of the items ordered.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be printed, assembled, packaged, and shipped. Many orders may ship sooner, but we ask that customers plan around the full processing window, especially during sales, holidays, conventions, or high-volume periods.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Important Notes

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
• Custom orders and larger prints may require additional processing time.
• Shipping times provided by the carrier are separate from our processing time and are outside of our control.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
